En estos momentos, ¿se estará arrepintiendo de no haberla acabado? Lo cierto es que no fue finalizada y eso le acarreara un costo político ¡Como ganan los revocadores sin hacer campaña!
La imagen superior e inferior son del 22 de noviembre de 2011. Aquel día la alcaldesa de Lima Susana Villaran convoco a los medios para colocar la primera piedra en el proyecto Costa Verde Sur, que prometió en mayo de ese año.
La obra se realizaría en el kilómetro 20 -entre las playas Venecia y Barlovento-, ubicadas en el distrito del Villa El Salvador.
Dijo que costaría 7 millones de soles (6 millones de la Municipalidad de Lima y 1 millón de Villa El Salvador. Sin embargo, en el Facebook oficial de la Municipalidad de Lima encontramos el álbum de la obra y como leyenda cita que se invertirá S/. 5,991,231, que incluye la construcción de un malecón, baños públicos, veredas, una pista de acceso, así como de arborizacion, entre otras cosas. Estaría "habilitada" en 90 días, o sea, el 22 de febrero de 2012.
Sin embargo, en este vídeo de la Municipalidad dice lo contrario:
Pero en el vídeo, ojo, dice que "a los dos años y un mes de iniciada nuestra gestión" se inauguraría ¿ Contradicción? Hmm. Casualmente, el material fue colgado el 8 de enero de 2013.
El informe del programa Sin medias tintas revela que la obra en mención presenta ciertas falencias: se hizo sin un acuerdo del directorio de EMAPE, carece de expediente técnico, una deficiente construcción; fierros y alambres oxidados, muros sin concluir, y problemas con el terreno que pertenece al club Lobo de Mar.
